Biography:

I am an optimistic, enthusiastic and motivated lecturer in Business who has been teaching for over 5 years. I graduated from the University of Warwick with a 1st class degree in BSc Management and then taught Business Studies and ICT at a secondary school in East London as part of the TeachFirst Leadership Development Programme.

I have also completed an MA in Leadership at the Institute of Education and have also taught at an FE college in Kent prior to my appointment at the university.

My research interests focus on game-based learning and I am actively engaged in this debate through presenting at various conferences and writing journal articles on the matter. I am currently studying for the HEA Fellowship and aspire to contribute even more to the field.
