Biography:

Hello! I’m Jiani, a Learning Advisor from the Skills@Library service at Leeds University Library. I’m passionate about developing the academic literacies of all students, supporting their sense of belong and academic success. I’m a Fellow of Advanced HE (FHEA). 

I’m the project and content lead for Step Up to Masters, an online resource that supports successful transition to Masters level study. Along with several Leeds colleagues, I received the Digital Award for Information Literacy 2020 for the development of the resource. I’m also the co-education lead for the FutureLearn MOOC, Critical Thinking at University: An Introduction, which made into Class Central’s best online courses of all-time list in 2019.
