Biography:

Kate has worked in Learning Development for the past fifteen years in various roles. She is currently a Learning Development Tutor. Kate joined the conference working groups in 2019 She is an ALDinHE Certified Practitioner, a Fellow of the HEA with a MA in History. Her current research interests include collaboration on a Black Student working group, aiming to address the attainment and retention gap. She is also part of a funded research project that is creating a skills workbook for students to use throughout their studies.
