What personal data do we collect about you, and how do we collect it?
As soon as you contact us or register with us, we create a record in your name. To that record we add information that you give us whenever you contact us. If you become a member, we add the information you give us at registration and throughout your membership to this record.

We will use and process your personal information to provide our services, activities and online content, to provide you with information about them, and to deal with your requests and enquiries.

In certain circumstances, you can object to our use of your data, you can ask for it to be restricted or erased and for a copy in a structured electronic format.

Cookies and similar technology
Tracking and analytics
Some parts of the ALDinHE website store a cookie on your computer to track user traffic patterns. We do this in order to determine the usefulness of our website and to see how effective our navigational structure is. We do not release this information to third parties.
When you browse our websites, we also collect and use IP addresses and device identifiers to identify the location of users, to block disruptive use, to establish the number of visits from different countries, and to determine whether you are accessing the services from the UK or not.

How to turn off cookies
